This is my traveller neck knife in Oman, I take this knife everywhere. Used it for cooking while I was wild camping in the deserts. Oman should be on your bucket list, rent a 4×4, load it up basic camping equipment, a gps, a shovel, lots of water and go “dune bashing”. The beaches are fantastic and there,s nobody around for miles & miles….

Go now, don’t go in 10 years, it will be like Dubai then, crowded with tourists and luxury hotels everywhere.
